Exhibitor Badges & Housing

Housing Poachers

Some exhibitors may be contacted by outside vendors regarding housing for the 2020 AHA Annual Meeting. Please be aware that these companies claim to provide housing and registration services for the 2020 AHA Annual Meeting, but are not affiliated with AHA in any way. DON'T BE MISLED!! Housing for AHA's 2020 Annual Meeting is handled exclusively through the AHA's official housing service.

Unfortunately unscrupulous providers sometimes claim to provide housing for meetings and conventions when they are in no way affiliated with the sponsoring organization. This practice is a scam that attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing on personal or financial information.

Official AHA Housing / Registration

Event housing and registration is open. The primary contact for each exhibiting company has been sent an email with a link to online registration, including password information.

This primary contact will be responsible for entering information for up to 5 complimentary registrations per booth. The primary contact is not automatically registered. The e-mail sent to the primary contact will also have links for making hotel reservations.

Exhibitors should not use the registration link on the AHA's website. The primary contact will receive a special link. If you have any questions about registration, please contact Liz Townsend (ltownsend@historians.org).

Hotel accommodations for the 2020 annual meeting will be provided by the New York Hilton and Sheraton New York. AHA has contracts with these hotels to provide deeply discounted rates for meeting registrants. Current information about housing prices and procedures is on the AHA website http://www.historians.org/annual-meeting/hotels-and-travel. Reservations can be made by internet or phone between September 12 and December 10, 2019. The last day to make or change reservations through the housing service is December 10, 2019.

If you have questions, please e-mail aha@historians.org.

Note: The AHA contracts out with a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to plan and operate the annual meeting and exhibits. The "Official Contractor" logo will help exhibitors identify these companies.

It is to your advantage to choose the official contractors. The AHA does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor.  Please look for the "Official Contractor" logo when making housing reservations.
